At the foot of the George Washington Bridge, the design of this 44 unit building responds to it's surroundings with a contemporary, vibrant approach. Modern brick detailing along with stucco and zinc accents are used to create facades that respond to the context differently on each side. The interiors are filled with light and the pallette is kept natural and warm. The spacious units benefit from large windows that bring in light and views and green features that reduce energy consumption and waste.
