This project was a complete gut renovation of an existing brownstone on the Hudson River with spectacular views of midtown Manhattan. The layout was re-imagined to provide views of the skyline from all living areas as well as to create a loft-like open feel with the kitchen as the anchor to the plan. Specialty lighting, a custom steel open riser steel and wood stair (pics coming), and a modern vibe with natural materials to warm things up are some of what make this project unique.
